Typecho主页显示时区不正确

我用的Lighttpd + PHP5 + SQLite
PHP版本5.4.5-3
Typecho安装一切顺利
但装完跳转主页index.php时显示

但时区我在php.ini里已经改过了也重启了Lighttpd服务

问题还是依旧
phpinfo里也是这样显示
实在是崩溃啊！！！
求解救。。。。。。

没遇到过，帮顶，我用手机写文时发布时间是00月00日 00:00，只能手工修改。
