（已解决）转移数据后，提示No input file specified.

直接把文件和数据打包过来，然后直接转移导入phpstudy搭建的环境
数据库名也变了都是在直接config.inc.php里修改
提示No input file specified.
原因是
已解决。伪静态问题

我的非常神奇，没有动过任何数据，也没有转移数据，只是N久没有登陆，现在后台登陆不了了，登陆提示No input file specified.
