启用插件时提示404Not Found

今天刚刚装了typecho，很简洁，速度也很快。
现在遇到一个问题：插件上传后，启用时一直报错：
Not Found
The requested URL /action/plugins-edit was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

请教各位如何解决？

应该是伪静态的问题。
关闭地址重写功能看看。
或者检查一下你的伪静态是不是有问题。
